About the event
The Minette Foundations is proud to launch our Spring Fundraising Drive, supporting our ongoing work with families, children, and women facing financial hardship and systemic barriers - both locally and in the Dominican Republic.
Through community donations and collective support, we provide essential items, trauma-informed mental health care, vocational and wellness programming, and resources that promote dignity, stability, and long-term well-being.
Our international efforts for the Spring will focus on:
-Madelaes Orphanage in La Victoria, Santo Domingo, which houses over 30 girls who promote dignity, stability, and long-term well-being.
-Centro de Corrección y Rehabilitación Najayo Mujeres en San Cristóbal. where incarcerated women - many of them mothers - receive vocational training, counseling, and tools to rebuild their lives despite systemic challenges.
